Some of my brand new Velo cans often have open pouches which is a big bummer because the content of the pouches gets all over the inside of the can and other pouches. I buy 50+ cans at a time and roughly 25% of the new cans have this issue regardless of the rest of the 5 pack. It may be velo's manufacturing process that rips open a pouch every once in a while, since often the other cans even in the same 5 pack roll are fine.
